Delivery:

  • As of March 1, 2005 all orders are shipped via priority mail - with confirmation receipts attached. Desktop delivery is no longer available.
  • Standard delivery time is 12 to 15 working days from receipt of order.

  • Customers will be notified by e-mail of any backordered items.

  • Please include e-mail address on all orders.



Department Orders:

  • Please contact CustomerCare for orders of 12 or more items.


Exchanges:

  • We will gladly accept embroidered merchandise for exchange within 7 working days of delivery.  PLEASE NOTE - NO EXCHANGE ON WEARABLES THAT HAVE BEEN WASHED OR WORN!
  • ALL SALES FINAL ON CLOSEOUT MERCHANDISE.
  • Exchanges will be processed once item is received and inspected.
  • When returning merchandise, please include copies of all paperwork you receive with your order.
